  Dr Manish did the expander for my little one. I paid 3100$ as one time payment. During the initial discussion on the payment option they told us my dental insurance will pay 50% remaining 50%i have to pay from my packet.
  
  I got payment from my insurance company as 530$ stating maximum payment for the procedure. I called the Dr office regarding this payment..they told there is descrepency we will talk to your insurance company and get back to me.
  Got a call back from Dr office stating my insurance company will pay another payment after 6 month. But Initially it's agreed for 50%.
  I called my insurance company and they saying this is the last payment no further payment.
  
  Now I paid 3100$ as one time payment and got 530$ from insurance..Total miscommunication from the Dr office now I think i should have went with some other place where they are clear on my payment instead of 50%..
  
  Update:-
  
  I am updating to 5 star for the prompt response from the DR office.
  
  Got a detail mail from Dr office regarding this issue.
  
  Issue resolved by providing the reference no from dental insurance and willing to provide refund on the remaining amount for the future procedure.

  I have been at Katy for 4 years and just finished my braces and got them off they are truly amazing and I really recommend them they are the best

  My daughter got her first stage braces today and Katy Orthodontics made it so pleasant for her. We are so glad that we chose them for her Orthodontic needs. All the staffs and Dr Dhutia are very friendly and the service is very fast. I would highly recommend them.

  I can't say enough great things about Dr. Dhutia and the staff at Katy Orthodontics! From the very beginning, they have been so kind, professional, and flexible with scheduling around my hectic schedule. I am so amazed at how gentle and reassuring they are with working with my twins. They have great financing options to your individual needs. I have to say this is the first Dr's office I have seen that is truly tailored for your child's optimal experience. From the video game station to the full on movie theater, the whole atmosphere is simply fantastic. I would highly recommend Katy Orthodontics to anyone that is wanting a unique experience.
