  Would give a five star rating except following our initial order we heard nothing for over three weeks and then only after I emailed to ask about the order. Then after about another week we were told the flooring we had ordered wouldn't be available for several months. Once we returned to the store and worked with a different sales person, everything went great. The new sales person checked to make sure the second floor we chose was available while we were in the store (would love to know why that wasn't done the first time) and it came in within a week. Delivery and installation was scheduled for about two weeks later and went smoothly. The installer did and excellent job and was very thorough and expert. No explanation was ever provided for why we were treated so poorly by the original sales person.

  We just had our floors installed by Flowers Flooring. They are absolutely beautiful! The process from start to finish was painless. Katie was amazing, she helped me with the process of getting the floor I wanted.
  Juan and his guys installed. They were very professional, prompt, courteous and did a great job! I would recommend this company over and over.

  I'm in LOVE with our whole house new carpets!!! Amazing quality of work and detail! When I first contacted Flowers, they were very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who came to our house was pleasant and knew his stuff. He measured everything and gave me a bunch of options. Placing an order was easy, we just had to wait for the material to come before making our installation appointment. The manufacturer, Mohawk, actually took longer than expected. Flowers kept me updated the entire time. Once the carpets arrived to Flowers, we finally scheduled. The installation team was amazing, attentive and did amazing work. They moved all my furniture carefully and replaced it back as it was before. Reeeeaaaallllly nice guys!!! I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again on all future flooring projects!

  Great experience with Flowers Flooring. Very friendly staff and easy to work with. Scheduling was a snap and the carpet installers showed up exactly at the time they said they would. Professional and courteous workers. Carpet selection is great. Quality also great. Will definitely use Flowers Flooring again.

  Flowers Flooring did an AMAZING job with our floors and house repairs ( drywall, paint and trim)
  Wonderful experience from start to finish. All the process went very smooth. The install team was outstanding. Very professional, detailed and helpful.
  High quality products,  professional installation services  and great customer service. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended!
