  3 of us enjoyed a great, relaxing educational trip with Captain Tim. He was funny, knowledgeable and very entertaining!
  It was our first but it won't be our last trip to Blue Springs State Park!

  Very pleasant 2 hours, guide stops and backs up so everyone can be sure to see everything. He seems to truly enjoy his job and interacting with the passengers. Here’s a hint. Sit in the right side of the boat. That is the side closest to shore most of the time. That being said, you are able to get up and get a closer look on the other side whenever you want. We did the 1pm trip. They start letting you on about 15 min prior.

  Very friendly and informed staff. They shared a ton of great insights on the wildlife and the plants of the area. Obviously, what you see depends on what animals are there, but the guides usually know where they hide, even the alligators. Especially beautiful birds the day we visited.

  Great experience with St John River Cruises. My friend and I rented the canoe at Blue Spring Park and had an excellent time. Customer service was great and pricing very reasonable as well. Strongly Recommend!

  Get the schedule either through Blue Spring State Park website or through St Johns river cruises. Boat captain very knowledgeable about the St Johns and it’s history. Lots of wildlife lots of history.
  
  There’s a fee to get into Blue Spring State Park day use pass. River cruise offer discounts for vets and seniors. Bring camera and binoculars. Bring a picnic or enjoy the food prepared on site.
  
  There maybe manatees in the run from the springs to the river. Highly recommend the park and cruise.
