  I have been a patient of St. Michael for years, as was my daughter and my Mother. I have had the privilege to be seen by all of the physician at one time or the other over the years and have great care by all. I chose Dr. Chan as my primary care physician,. After my 80 year old Mom had a triple bypass, She was having all sorts of complications after her surgery and after taking my Mom to her cardiologist, a gastroenterologist and even a lung doctor, They all told me that with my mom’s age, she had lived a long life and that sometimes these things just happen after triple bypass surgery. these doctors were all mail. I chose to take Mom to Dr. Chan, who specializes in the elderly. Dr. Chan sat with us for a good 30-45 minutes to hear about all that was happening with my Mom. At the end of our appointment, she put her hand on my mom‘s arm and said “We are going to fix this”, and she did! She put Mom on some medications that no one else even thought of and within a week, Mom’s health turned around completely for the better. my mom live for another amazing 8-1/2 years. I trust Dr. Chan with my life. She is an outstanding physician. I read some of the negative reviews about her, but I disagree with them. She is an extremely shy person and until you get to know her better, you could mistake that for her being uncaring, but not at all! She has a heart for her patients! She is really quiet brilliant!

  Dr "Tom" has been our primary care physician for several years. He's a good listener and always takes whatever time is needed to work the problem. The Nguyen's are caring and competent, and this octogenarian couple recommends the clinic without hesitation.

  I have seen Dr. Chan recently and she was great she took care of my needs and answered every question that I had. Her MA Raven is also amazing, she pays attention to detail and is always smiling.
  
  The office staff is amazing they took care of what I needed and always call me back when I am waiting for results. The office manager Susan is amazing she is always willing to help when I need something or don't understand something.
