Grace Care Center at Northpointe & Nstep Rehab

Everyone at GCC has taken such good care of our mother! She has been there for 2 months in skilled nursing care. The admins/directors know each resident and their family members and make sure everyone is well cared for and welcomed to be there. The physical therapy group is awesome. The nurses and aids have made our mother feel like she’s part of their family the way they’ve cared for her. The facility is always immaculate and fresh smelling. There’s activities daily. Bingo, happy hour, groups that come to sing or visit, light exercise and more.
We feel very blessed that our mother has been so well cared for at GCC.

Last week I left a review and did not have all the facts
A gentleman moved into my room seemed to be in a lot of pain. H asked for help for a long time and I wrote a review that was less than complientary .I since found out the staff did everything in their power to help .without going into detail I asked to be moved since there is no pleasing him . The staff has been professional and helpful.

After many years of assisted living our family (with the advice of Doctors) made one of the most difficult decisions of our life. It was time to move my grandmother to a skilled nursing facility. Prior to my Meme living in assisted living I looked at 27 different facilities. I say this to let you know that all I’ve ever wanted is the best for my grandmother.
When I thought of skilled nursing I imagined a nursing home that my grandmother and family would have a hard time accepting. In our healthcare journey, Grace Care at Northpointe has exceeded our expectations. Liz Groves and her team are amazing. They have gone above and beyond to answer questions for us and ensure my grandmother gets the care she needs. The nurses are exceptional, my meme loves the food, and the facility is beautiful. We will always consider Grace Care and the staff part of our family. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making my grandmothers life as comfortable and happy as possible.
