  Sue came in to do a group meditation for our company of seven. She put us at ease by setting expectations for how the meditation would proceed and encouraged us to get comfortable. She has such a calming presence and soothing voice. The pace and content of the meditation was perfect. I felt tuned in to what she was saying but also felt at peace and almost zoned out in contentment and relaxation. I highly recommend working with Sue for personal or group meditations!

  Our company of seven employees had a guided meditation session with Sue. It was outstanding. It was peaceful and stress relieving and we came away from the session feeling more calm. The session with Sue was also a wonderful team building exercise. I definitely recommend setting up a meditation session with Sue.

  Reiki with Sue is outstanding- never felt so good!! Her meditation sessions are very soothing and relaxing. Recommend her in an individual and group session. Also provides coaching services as part of a comprehensive program.
