  Excellent naturalists/guides who kept the class fascinated as they brought to life both the plants arround us and history that was probably just a vague concept to the kids before the visit

  This place is awesome for the city of pleasanton. Great idea and we visit often.

  Nice trail up to the top of the ridge. Much more like double-wide trail versus fire road and well shaded. Also much steeper than Golden Eagle and lower Sunol parking lot in several sections. I had to dis-mount my bike on several sections and walk it. Best to climb up Golden Eagle trail and come down Alviso.
