  I’ve only been working out with Josh for a couple of months now, but have already made more progress in that time than I have on my own over the past year! He’s been so accommodating (4:45am workouts), he’s very knowledgeable, and I like the fact that his programming isn’t a one size fits all approach. The facility is great, the music is always good, and it has everything needed to get an awesome workout! If you want results, skip the “social” gyms and come here!!

  Josh and Daved will get you in shape. I'm in my 50's and I've never felt better. I've lost 3 pant sizes in 8 months and I have awesome energy and feel great!! I get to work ready to tear up the day..lol. I hadn't worked out in 30 years before I found this great gym. If you hate big overcrowded gyms overflowing with teenagers socializing, you'll love this place. VERY low key, your money and time will be well spent with results you'll see. Small personal studio, great location, easy parking, safe, flexible hours and a fantastic staff dedicated to your well being. See you at the gym!

  Great place to go for an awesome workout. I needed a gym that would help me reach my goals in a comfortable, not overly crowded space, and this is it! I get an intense full body workout without the hassle of waiting for equipment or overly long breaks. I come in and get to work and Daved is motivating and I feel great every day I am there.

  Josh, Daved and the other staff are all awesome. These guys really know what they’re doing and make it fun to work out. The studio is very nice and has a lot of different workout areas, highly recommended.
