  Probably the best Latin American restaurant in all of greater Charlotte. This little gem serves family friendly, but authentic Latin American fare. The food is really fresh with high quality ingredients. I've lived in Texas and New Mexico and can say this is one of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever tried. The service is super friendly without feeling rushed and they have a great and extensive kids menu. You will also have the satisfaction of supporting a local family run restaurant and not some soulless chain restaurant.

  Wonderful flavors and excellent service. I had the bistec en salsa, such rich flavors. Also had the chimichangas with mole, also good and very flavorful. Try the chimichanga cheesecake, you will be delighted

  Last night, I went to El Paraíso and it was the first time since I was there 10 years ago. I have seen the restaurant as full as it was: people waiting in line at the door! The atmosphere is incredible. The place looks refresh, new and clean! The staff is really nice, and the manager is very helpful. People should go there and have fun with this amazing restaurant.

  We had our wedding reception on December 10th. There. The food was amazing. Thanks Jose and Elizabeth for making our day more wonderful!!!! Best food in town. Would recommend your event to be held here.
