Small store but nice collection. Staff was very helpful. I checked the website first and visited the store in NY. If you expect some bargains it might be a little bit disappointing coz that's one of the big reasons I went to the offline store. Still, they do give you some discount on the spot. Better than nothing.

I cannot say enough about the AMAZING client service at this location. There was an oversight on my part and I was met with empathy and understanding. Everyone from the Sales Associate to the President prioritized my requests and worked to come up with a solution for my concern. I will forever be a customer of Stutterheim! Thank you!
