  This is a story I enjoy telling people and I’ve shared it a dozen times now, at least. It’s about the kind of experience that all of our business dealings should be. From our first introduction to Marty Wilcox to the post-closing details, everything flowed smoothly, appeared to be effortless, and was sans drama!Marty’s approach is down-to-earth simplicity; no buzzwords, no fluff, no incomprehensible Realty jargon. She showed up prepared, had her research done, presented a fully thought out marketing plan and timeline, and had a worksheet complete with a variety of financial outcomes. She arrived at our first meeting fully expecting to plant a ’For Sale‘ sign in our yard and leave with a signed contract!Marty doesn’t have to talk herself up, she radiates confidence and expertise. But making it look oh-so-easy belies the behind the scenes, after hours work she puts in: the 10 PM on a Saturday night negotiating; the contracts arriving in our in-box at 2 AM!At the end of the day, it goes like this: she had an excellent marketing plan, she priced aggressively but realistically, and we had a signed sales contract in eight days.
