  For a period of almost three months my wife was in and out of hospital, and her home care needs were constantly changing without notice. Denise and Jill responded Immediately to each change and ensured that she received the coverage she needed. They and the caregivers have a deep and genuine concern for her welfare - they are like family.

  My wife need daily help for 3 weeks after her knee surgery. Every one of the staff from Home Helpers went out of their way to understand her needs, and help her through a difficult recovery. Each was competent and amiable, providing my wife with some much-appreciated diversion from her discomfort.

  Home Helpers gave us the support we needed to keep my husband at home for 9 years. Their care givers became part of our family . They were all well trained and compassionate positive individuals.   I wanted to give my strongest recommendation for Home Helpers. My 88 year-old father fell and hit his head so had a traumatic brain injury. Home Helpers provided 24-7 care for six months and did a terrific job. They were honest, hard-working, easy to work with, and dealt with challenging situations on a daily basis. I couldn’t have done it without them and would recommend them to anyone who needs care for a loved one.

  Home Helpers of MetroWest gets my highest possible recommendation. I interviewed several agencies and Denise impressed me with her honest and compassionate answers to all my questions. Initially I had intended to hire Home Helpers to provide long-term care for my mom but then my mom's health took a turn for the worse and my mom decided it was time to enter hospice. Denise and her team adjusted on the fly and very quickly were able to match my mom with an experienced home health aide who was able to provide 24 x 7 care. This care giver bonded quickly with my mom and soon became part of our family. She was attentive and detail oriented but incredibly gentle, patient and caring as well. Denise and her team were always available to answer questions and provide coaching and support. My mom died peacefully at home, surrounded by family - just the way she wanted. Home Helpers played a huge role in making sure the last month of my mom's life was as comfortable and pleasant as it could have been.
