I called Ace at 5 o clock in the morning when I got home from vacation to see 3 inches of water in my basement. They were there within an hour, got rid of the water, and left me drying machines.

I had my insurance adjuster come to my house to find out that he suggested cutting the walls to prevent mold, luckily Ace was able to do all of that for me as well as putting it all back.

I was extremely happy with them for three reasons:

1. They actually pick up the phone when you call them

2. They did great work and did everything from start to finish so I did not have to start calling different contractors.

3. Ace worked with my insuarnce, they literally took care of it to the point where I didn't even have to get involved with the billing at all.

I would definitely recommend them, we also got a coupon from them in the mail so we used them to clean our carpets and couches upstairs.
