  One gets the best possible attention and service at Quality Hearing and Audiology. I believe the knowledge of each audiologist there is superb. The support staff is also tops. I certainly recommend Quality Hearing and Audiology to anyone.

  Diagnosed at 8 years old with a hearing impairment did stop our lil' guy. The ladies at Quality Hearing and Audiology made the process easy for him and us (parents) and made him feel welcomed and valued. He looks forward to every visit, where he is the VIP. As parents with a young child needing hearing aids, we were worried about him actually wearing the device...Quality Hearing helped with the transition and made it a very smooth process. And a little boy with a hearing aid, well he can be rather rough with it...that's no problem...Quality Hearing always gets us in, fixed up and back on our way. If you need any hearing assistance, this is the place to go. Nice office, personal and friendly staff, excellent and above and beyond service. You will not be disappointed.

  Great service. Timely & unhurried. One knows that the audiology evaluation & treatment is being provided by one who’s doctorate in the the field. In addition, the interaction between Doctor & patient, me in this case, was professional, while also relaxed & friendly. I will return as needed & will feel most comfortable referring my children & grandchildren to Dr. Pamela Nelson as needed.
