  Paige is a true coach. She's always encouraging you while she makes you sweat! I love the low impact moves but don't let that fool you. Your legs WILL shake.....and btw that's a good thing in barre class ;)

  From the instructors, to the atmosphere, to the workout itself.. everything is the bomb. I will not go anywhere else!

  This place is awesome! I love the environment, I get such a great overall body workout, and feel refreshed and energized when I'm done! I love how if tones and elongates my muscles! The instructors are awesome! It's a great place! ????????

  I absolutely love my classes at BodyBarre! I have discovered muscles I didn't know I had! The confidence I have gained has helped me in so many areas of my life. I am able to stand taller and feel better about my body. Paige is an awesome, encouraging instructor. I highly recommend it for any woman looking to feel better in her skin!
