  This is the only place I will take my vehicle. They are great! The service is excellent. They are really the best. I know that they will give me an honest assessment of what needs to be done and when it needs done. The prices are great! They really do treat you like family. It is nice to know that there are honest, genuine people who really do care about their customers. Thanks to all at Fair Repair who show how much they care!

  I had first taken my car to a different auto garage, which I like, and they had given me an estimate of needed repairs. I decided I wanted a second opinion, so I called a few places in Concord and decided upon Fair Repair. The owner looked over the entire car and gave me a different story than the first auto garage. I am very pleased by Fair Repair’s honest and very thorough assessment. Thank you FR for your thorough and honest assessment.

  I took my truck there for brakes and they did a great job and the price was really fair. I recommend this shop for all vehicle repairs. They are trust worthy, honest and in most cases, same day service.

  I am truly BLESSED beyond measure how hard Fair Repair Auto Care worked to get my van up and running again. OUTSTANDING customer service with genuine care for customers and the services they provide. Big THANK YOU to Howard Tiller and Keith who diligently and tirelessly worked on my van. It was no small feat for sure! They provided updates and pictures of progress and communicated any problems they encountered promptly.
