  I have known Katherine for over 30 yrs. She is a very compassionate soul and a great friend of both us humans and animals. She is a very fun and adventurous person. She has seen me thru many cancers and illnesses and was also there with me when my daughter was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder. Her knowledge, compassion and calming demeanor have been a tremendous source of help and support in helping me and my daughter work with her special needs. She has unequivocally found her purpose in life by helping others and I feel this is truly what she was meant to do. I don't know what I would do without her in me and my daughter's life. She is a woman I am proud to call sister.

  I worked alongside Katherine a few years ago when we both worked for a Family Counseling agency in Maine. Together, we offered a team-based approach to family counseling so I was able to observe firsthand her level of professionalism and competency. Katherine's approach with clients is respectful, supportive and non-judgmental. She cares deeply about the wellbeing of her clients who see her as a trustworthy and empathic advocate. Her great listening skills allow her to develop a strong therapeutic relationship with clients of all ages. I definitely recommend her services.

As a clinician she was passionate about issues of empowerment, equality, and helping people to discover their potential which she does with a caring, non-judgement approach.
