  Great place for kids to learn karate. No contracts, pay by the month. Rates are reasonable. Master Norman and Sensei Jen are friendly and work well with the kids.

  My daughter Lillian is having a wonderful time in her classes and she is always looking forward to the next class! She takes the lessons learned each class and brings them home with her, always practicing her form.

  Master Norman and his wife Sensei Norman offer traditional Isshinryu karate classes in a very fun way for all ages. Kids and adults are able to improve their focus, discipline, and health overall as well as reduce stress. Every class is different and challenging in very positive ways. A student will learn self-defense, traditional isshinryu kata (forms), and will learn how to sparr in a safe environment. Karate will keep your children out of trouble and the adults in great physical health. The rates are the chepest in the area. I highly recommend everyone to come and schedule a free class and enjoy the benefits as my son and I have.
