Love love LOVE my kids new doctor, Dr. Healey :) It is so nice to find a pediatrician who is so dedicated and caring :) a real, genuine, down to earth, no nonsense guy.
Dr. Healey is great. I have taken all three of my children to him for over 4 years. He has even found (very early) a very little known form of seizures known to happen in infants. After reading up on these seizures online, my wife and I found that the earlier they are discovered the more likely they are treatable. Thanks to Dr. Healey's office, my daughter is doing very well. I have a long drive into this particular office and have been late a few times. Sometimes they are able to squeeze me in, and others they are not. But, when you run a business with appointments and one is missed then "squeezed in" it changes all the other appointments after the fact. Most people recognize that this will mess up everyone else's day, I certainly do. Long story short, I would recommend this office.
Doctor Healey has been caring for our two boys for ten years. They both think he is wonderful. He has a great bed-side manner, attentive and answers all questions in depth. I have had him call me in the middle of the night, and helped with a quick home remedy to relieve the pain of an ear infection. They have had us come in during their lunch hour when my son was stung by a bee for the first time, and we did not know if he was allergic. Thirdly, when my younger son was bit by a dog when passing by on his scooter, the attending physician met us at the office in ten minutes time to make sure he was alright. I can't thank them enough for the care they have shown us over the years.
Dr. Healey is awesome! We have gone since my ten year old was a newborn. Now have three. He is the best!
My wife and I are both very happy with Dr. Healey. He is a great balance of professional and caring. He frequently references current research which I appreciate and tells me he keeps up with the ever changing landscape of the medical field. I typically show up early to appointments in case I have an unexpected delay and I am seen quite quickly. Dr. Healey takes time to answer any questions or go over any concerns we have.
