  This was my first experience at this location and Chris made me feel nothong less than a long time customer. All the staff were exceptionally nice and Chris made sure to keep me updated with the status of my vehicle throughout my wait at the dealer. I will be scheduling more maintenance at this dealer from this day forward. Thank you so much Chris and thank you Oceanside Nissan!!!

  My car buying Experience was Awesome. Larry was a great salesman and very friendly and professional . I got the car at the rate I wanted and a payment I could afford. The service team in general was awesome Especially Larry , Jessica and a man behind the finance desk who also provided great service I didn't catch his name but they were AMAZING*** , they all provided great customer service. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had . I would highly recommend this mossy Nissan location to my Friends and Family.

  Bob was great to work with. He was extremely helpful with suggestions and explanations. I was delighted with my whole experience getting my car maintenance completed so it almost didn't feel like a chore at all.

  I always have an amazing experience. The whole Mossy team is so helpful and courteous. I have been coming here to get my cars serviced a little over two years. Justin is my preferred service technician. I never worry when I drop my cars off. He keeps me in the loop, I don’t feel like he offers me services that I don’t need. Its such a stress free environment and I know regardless of what service I am getting done to my car, the price is resonable and the Mossy team does a great job.

  The service rep I had did a great job in taking care of my service and keeping me updated on when my car would be available. He asked if I had a ride home and mentioned that a shuttle could take me home and walked me to the shuttle sign up. My only suggestion for Nissan would be to offer rentals. I know rentals are available however I would suggest that if a service is expected to take longer than 3 hours (which mine took almost the entire day), a rental car should be provided free of charge as a courtesy. This I feel would help in securing loyal customers when they know that they are being taken care of to the full extent.
