My trainer Sharisse is awesome! She put together a great workout plan for me and has been super supportive and getting my butt into gear! JLJ Fitness is definitely the best online training service I have seen yet.

The trainer that I was assigned has been wonderful. She is extremely encouraging, always accessible, and very knowledgable. I know call her my "person." I have never had someone so supportive who is able to give me workouts and nutrition guidelines. I was a bit leery about doing online training but my "trainer" has been more encouraging and supportive than any trainer I had in person.

It's been three months now since I signed up for JLJ Fitness Online Personal Training package and I can say they are good, really good. I have lost 38 pounds so far and I am beginning my week 9 with four weeks to go. These guys are so nice but on occasions has got in my butt! I can't say enough about jlj fitness they do what they say they are going to do.
