  I've had a few pants hemmed, along with typical dry cleaning. Always great and on-time service. She's occasionally had things ready a few days early as well.

  We moved into the city 3 years ago; the previous owner of our house recommended this cleaner, and we've been happy since Day 1. All of our neighbors use this shop; there might be a discussion about which coffee shop, Chapterhouse Cafe or Starbucks, is preferred, but everyone uses South Cleaners. We take both shirts and dry cleaning there, and the quality for both is routinely high. Buttons replaced, no questions asked. As we've come to recognize and chat with the owner, she asks about our children and weekend plans and we ask about hers. She can be busy, as the only person in the shop, but she's busy because almost everyone knows they do a good job and she's a pleasure to deal with. Regular customers who are older and drive to the shop, she'll take their cleaning out to the car curbside. I can't imagine criticizing her for anything, but I suppose it's possible; she's never questioned a credit-card payment, which I've used for as little as $9-10. We are very happy that this cleaner is our neighbor and is convenient, and intend to continue using it as long as we live nearby.
