The gas in my mower was overflowing into the oil tank. I spoke to Jared at Metzler and he walked me through how I could fix it myself. I did what he said, it cost me $8 and my husband came home from work to me cutting the grass covered in oil.
The customer service was wonderful. He didn't talk down to me because I'm a woman. He didn't try to push me into paying for extra things I didn't need or to get him to fix it. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
I recommend Metzler. Great service and everything you could ever need as far as lawn care equipment goes.
