  I have had a horrible experience on the phone with T-Mobile’s customer care trying to get a hefty refund that was due to me. I had no luck, so I went into this store and I had, by far, the best customer service ever. Melanie, Maya, Mike, and Carlos have had my back on the issue I had and worked with me for HOURS to find a solution. They easily could’ve sent me away or had my call customer care but they went above and beyond and patiently solved my issue without hesitation. I honestly wanted to switch to a different carrier from my issues with T-Mobile’s customer care, but this store has an amazing customer service and welcome all your concerns with arms wide open. If you ever have an issue, come here to get it resolved. Love, love, love this location and how hard they worked for me!

  This Place is Great. The Staff are friendly and really care about you. I switched From Verizon and am happy to make the big switch. Come here earlier in the day since there is hardly any wait .
