Hiking trails and dog park. We can see the view from Balboa park. Tennis court is there as well. Florida Canyon is mostly natural habitats, which we can observe and learn.

Nice hike trails on both sides of Florida Street. East side is connected to Florida Street Dog Park which has parking.

Beautiful hiking trails on the west and east sides of Florida Drive. You can get to the Zoo, Morley Field, Desert Garden, etc. On the west side is a creek and the west side has a large flat area once you climb up the hill toward Pershing.

Native shrub such as sage-scrub and other chaparral vegetation will be present throughout your hike.
