I've been going to this pharmacy for years. They have excellent service and the owner Irving is absolutely amazing.

They have been in the same convenient spot for the 40 years I have lived here. They are a wonderful old fashioned pharmacy and store. They have the lowest price I have found for my Max's phenolbarbitol medication. Less than the vet. Humans take it too, so that's why they have it. The store is very interesting with lots of gifts. They have a post office too. They are kind and caring people. So why be treated badly at the big "mart" pharmacies up the road. I have never gone back to the wait in line for up to an hour places. Rancho has every modern up to date technology plus the kindness and warmth of the way life used to be when the customer came first.

Always great service. we send all our patients (Orthopaedic Institute of California, Matthew Pautz DO) to them when they do not have an established pharmacy. Works with our patients and insurances. Irving is so sweet and helpful when I am confused on what to order for office. Love these guys.

Great Service! Fast and friendly. Has a U.S. Postal Service Store and nice gifts you can buy also. I'm a Registered Nurse and worked at St. Mary Medical Center for almost 10 years until I had to take a break due to disabilities so I'm well aware of Pharmacys and Pharmacists and the services they perform. Rancho Drugs is top notch and very caring. Referred by my doctor, Chirag N. Amin, M.D., Inland Pain Clinic on Kakanee Rd., Apple Valley.
