  I don't have the words to describe how grateful I am to have found Be Balanced. A few ladies at work tried the program and recommended it. In 3 months I am down almost 30 lbs. For the past few years I had tried everything and just kept gaining weight. I knew it was hormones, but my doctors kept saying your numbers are "normal" and wouldn't do anything to help me. I met the wonderful staff at Be Balanced and they have changed my life. Between the hormone balancing and completely overhauling the way I look at food, I feel like this is a sustainable lifestyle that will keep the weight off.   Just finished my weight loss portion of the program. I feel great! Everything is fitting looser. Husband and friends have noticed my new figure. I haven't looked like this since before having kids. No more acid reflux, back pain, or headaches. The program is so easy and manageable. The relaxation therapy is wonderful. No more cravings for sugary sweets. Looking forward to using the skills I have learned to maintain my new healthy lifestyle. Highly recommend.

  Great way to loose weight. It’s been so easy and I haven’t felt hungry the whole time. Highly recommended to jump start your goals or take you to the end.

  I heard about BeBalanced from a friend and I went in for a consultation. After learning about the program, I knew it was just what I needed. The staff is amazing and so helpful. I was able to meet my goal and anytime I have a question they are more than happy to chat with me. This is such a unique approach to losing weight and makes so much sense when you learn about how the program works.

  Great place and amazing staff , I am very happy with my results I have lost all the weight without any hunger and got a lot of energy!! Finally I am back on track sleeping good , better mood, feeling happier and less stress and the most important one is no muscle cramps or joints pain !!! I am lucky to find a right place to change my life style ???? I have got a lot of compliments about my shape . So one more thing I have noticed is my skin and hair looks great too . ????????
