Dorothy Lamping, MD

Dr. Lamping has been a very helpful and wonderful family doctor. She is very knowledgeable about treating asthma and a very patient and caring physician. I had the flu last year and came in with my son. she also treated him for his symptoms instead of insisting on my making an additional appointment for him to be seen. Being so ill I really appreciated her understanding and her willingness to help us!

I will have to say that Dr Lamping is a very honest caring person and does what she physically can for her patients - I’ve spent an hour or more waiting for her in lobby- though with that said she spends time with her patients, it’s not an in and out process. Thoughtful respectful and takes time to listen to what you need.

Her staff are very caring and understanding when you’re in the office- over the phone her nurse doesn’t spend time remembering Lamping patients- on the phone she is lacking in empathy doesn’t call patients back (if so more than 24 hours lucky if before weekend) I’ve gotten a call back after a week of waiting - in dr Lamping’s office shes a wonderful nurse - great listener friendly caring - beautiful person, but it’s too much work to handle outside the personal one on one of the office.

Though this is a normal way of life with any Dr.’s office these days. To find an office that knows you more than just a number is rare - other than this I love this office and Dr Lamping

She is the best doctor I have ever had, I served in the United States Air Force for almost 11 years and have had many doctors. she is simply amazing
