Kathy and her staff do an outstanding job of handling the home buying process. She helped guide us in the right direction, making sure that the paperwork was rock solid. The closing went smoothly and on point with all of the documents that had to be signed. I would highly recommend Kathy Farrell and her firm. Thanks again on doing a great job!

Deschenes & Farrell is a law firm with extremely competent attorneys and support staff. But beyond their knowledge is another very important quality - they have a heart! And they actually call you back! Two qualities you don't get from most other attorneys! For the past 6+ years that I have been the Executive Director for Habitat for Humanity, Kathy Farrell and Melissa Robbins have volunteered their time to do pro bono closings, legal work for Habitat and for our partner families. Today is a perfect example - they made one more family's American dream come true and did all the legal work for the closing for our 41st family. This makes more than 20 pro bono closings with expert legal work and advice. I can also attest on a personal level - we worked with Kathy on a property down the Cape and everything went perfectly smooth, no issues whatsoever! Thank you Doug, Kathy, Melissa and team - for all you do to promote safe, decent and affordable housing!
