Best water ice in the city!

Just moved to Philly and I'm loving getting to know this city's iconic cold treat, water ice. I'm systematically working my way through the flavors and 1/5 into them so far. My clear favorite so far is mango. Trying to describe what it is is difficult... kind of like a slushie, fruit smoothie, melty popsicles, and Italian ice somehow had a love child together. The soft pretzels are great and the pizza pretzels are good, too (quality mozz!). They also have waffles, funnel cake, hot dogs, sausages, and a wide assortment of ice cream flavors, but i haven't tried those yet. I was confused at first because they take the payment after they've given you all of your order. Only a couple things make it only 4 instead of all 5 stars. It's a walk-up order with no inside, so rainy or sunny, you're going to be out in the elements. And the lines can be really long. I'd add it's definitely worth it, though. They only take cash, but it's handy that there is an atm on the property. The only thing I don't like is that the windows that you order through are tiny, (just the windows!) don't seem very sanitary, and it's hard to hear them sometimes. Overall, still a great place. Oh! Almost forgot.. it's quite cheap. Always a plus!
