  I was helped quickly opening a bank account. The guy that helped me was friendly. He explained what I needed to know and answered my questions. My experience so far has been good. No complaints. And I also like the Banking App.

  (So many of the other reviews are incorrect. It's NOT in food city. It's in Ranch Market. And deposits ONLY TAKE until the next business day to post. My SS check goes in one business day BEFORE everyone else gets paid ex: payday is the 3rd, I get paid on the 2nd. And that's because the bank pays you earlier with Direct deposit.)
  The bank is located inside Ranch Market. On the south side of the building, but nearest the west entrance. Nearest 16th street. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Only takes maybe 15 minutes to open an account. If you lose your ATM/Debit card they give you a temporary replacement card the same day. Then mail you your permanent card. I've had very few issues. And nothing that was really their fault. They do work hard to resolve any issues. Great bank! I've been very happy with them for over 5 years.

  It’s a great bank! They offer auto and personal loans when you need to catch up. This location is located inside the grocery store so it’s very nice. All the employees customer service is perfect with the yes sir no sir. Abigail always helps me out quickly!
