It was my first time visit, I found it to be quiet and clean. All the homes looked well cared for

Nice mobile home park for seniors; pretty well maintained and if one likes a country atmosphere, which I do, a bucolic location close to cows and horses. Lynch Creek runs just across the road. Redwing blackbirds nest there in the Spring. One needs a car to get groceries and other shopping.

Great place for modular home living… affordable… in West Petaluma. Low key, clean. safe convenient to the wonderful historic river town of Petaluma. The area offers vinyards. Wineries. Dairies. Great Restaurants and a town small enough to remain personal but large enough to have an active arts and music community. After living in many quite wonderful communities and Petaluma is where I choose to be. Come for a visit!

Grandparents live here it's quiet, safe, nice neighbor's, & close to not one but two open 24 hour dinners where when driving by there's always a slew of old folks enjoying breakfast at like 4 in the morning. Wild!

Well kept park. Though it does show some signs of its age, its far from rundown. Seems to be a fair number of new modulars. Freeway noise is surprisingly absent in most of the park. Quiet with respectful residents.
