I’m a little confused by the poor reviews (and trying to comprehend the writer’s complaints was difficult). My experience was, although not perfect, very positive with these guys. Ordered a Jeep Wrangler and it was delivered in 2 days. The detailing wasn’t the best, but they credited me a detail and the same went for a window chip. The main outstanding issue is scratching along the side which wasn’t very visible online. However, the guys at the San Jose office pointed that out and we are discussing my options (I do have 7 days to return- no questions asked). I would take Carnava over a dealership any day of the week, even if they aren’t perfect- it’s an efficient and easy business model.
