I joined the 6 week transformation challenge just to see if I could do it and if it would make a difference and I’m so happy I did something for me. I’m hooked! Every single coach is committed to the success of the participants and the people that go there are so welcoming.

Great gym! Really friendly staff and convenient location. Has everything you need, really recommend if you live nearby and has longer hours than other gyms

Dropped in here while traveling to Houston and was so happy I did. The facility, equipment and staff are all SO wonderful. When you arrive expect to be greeted by 2 beautiful dogs - they are really friendly! The owners, Aja and Leah are really welcoming. They have a great facility that supports all levels of athleticism. It’s incredible what they have built and it was great to be able to stop by.

From the moment you walk in you are welcomed and instantly part of the family there. From the coaches, people, and equipment, Behemoth is on another level. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete Behemoth will welcome you with open arms. What they have going on there is working and is something special.
I was only there for a week while visiting family and I fell in love with Behemoth and felt at home just like I do at my own box. Highly recommended to give them a shot if you are ever in the area or live in the area.
