America's Best Defense Mansfield

Signing up with ABD Mansfield has been an extremely positive experience for me(Krav Maga), my 8 year old son(Karate Kids), and my wife(Strikefit/Kickboxing). Sensei Burns, Sensei Nordberg, and Mr. Jacob are not only knowledgeable and experienced, but they are fantastic teachers. The patience and attention they provide for all their students, little kids through adults, is amazing. I would strongly urge anyone looking to improve their fitness, self-confidence or their quality of life to sign up. It doesn't matter what "level" you think you're at, the classes are for everyone and everyone is made to feel welcome.

My daughter and I both started training at America's Best Defense in Mansfield a little over a year ago, and I cannot believe how much we have learned in that time. The instructors at this school are very knowledgeable, skilled, and patient. They get to know their students' individual needs and styles and target instruction so it is the most effective. Sometimes training gets hard, but they motivate their students to press on, and their belief in us helps us to believe in ourselves. Of course, their primary goal is to help us defend ourselves should the need ever arise, but beyond that I believe they genuinely care about helping all of their students become the best versions of themselves.

Great for anyone! I started in January and soon realized how much there is to learn to protect myself. It's a very well structured program with a goal for everyone to be able to earn a black belt. Although I have a long way to go I have improved so much since the very first class.
