  Good experience here with two different practitioners. They are old-school, no online appointments for example, but both people I met with were helpful and easy to work with for my needs. The intake process involves a phone call with the intake clinician, and you can't call her directly, you have to leave a voicemail and she has to call you, so you might have some back-and-forth.

  I have been going to therapy here for almost 8 years. My therapist, Lynn Giles, has a practical CBT background. She is calm and down to earth and helps me to see when my thoughts are getting irrational. She facilitates me doing my own problem solving, which is empowering. I also feel understood and well cared for by my psychiatrist, Dr. Laurie Gray. I feel comfortable talking about any concerns with both of them. I am feeling more resilient than I ever have and I know that the care I receive at Boundaries is a significant part of that.

  It's hard to adequately describe how grateful I am to have found Dr. Deepika Shaligram. I was referred to her by both a Psychologist in Lincoln and by my primary care physician. The medication Dr. Shaligram has prescribed to me has changed my life in the best ways, but I'm mostly impressed by how deeply compassionate and professional she is. Dr. Shaligram goes above and beyond all expectations. If you aren't aware of how *most* Psychiatry appointments work, for the first(or second) appointment, the Dr. familiarizes themselves with your state of mental health, then prescribes medication(s). Usually, appointments on from then are just to check in with how the meds are going. A Psychiatrist's job is to work with a patient and their therapist(Psychologist) to prescribe medication. Unlike most Psychiatrists, Dr. Shaligram genuinely cares deeply about not just how the medication is working for me, but everything going on in my life. Every single appointment, she puts time into listening to me talk about issues that I'm facing, and teaches me strategies to alleviate my anxiety. Dr. Shaligram frequently contacts my Therapist, whom I see weekly, to get to better know my mental/emotional health and details of my improvement. My Therapist(Psya.D.) has told me that she's so impressed with Dr. Shaligram, she now refers Dr. Shaligram to her patients. And the little things I mention during appointments, she remembers and asks about, from small conflicts with boyfriend, to job and college interviews I was anxious about. I could not recommend Dr. Shaligram enough, she is so knowledgable, involved and cares so intensely. 10/10. (For background I'm a 20 year old woman diagnosed w/ Depression, Anxiety, and ADHD(inattentive))
