Hands down the best physical therapy facility I’ve been to! They focus on you as a whole and help you get back to your activities while strengthening you so you don’t get reinjured. Awesome staff from when you walk in/check in to the phenomenal trainers, physical therapists, and strength and conditioning coaches! I would recommend this facility to everyone!
Had a great experience with Jaime and his student, Diem. I have a shoulder that required a lot of work and thankfully I was able to avoid surgery thanks to their skills.
The Shepherd Square team is phenomenal and extremely caring. I have been attending PT for nearly 3 months and they have become family. Chris and Carol are very attentive and provide great encouragement and support.
