  Trent, the service technician was Great.
  He performed the repairs on BOTH of my Riding Lawnmower Tractors. His trained eye spotted problems that I didn't even know I had. One tractor was particularly difficult. He had to take the carburetor from the engine and disassemble it, find the problem, reassemble it and put it back on the engine. It ran OK but it still did not purr like it should. He then knew just what to do. He found that I had some water in the gas and was able to drain of just the water and get it running GREAT. Then he turned to my other Riding Lawnmower Tractor and replace a broken pulley and found a broken weld on the deck mounting bracket. He ordered the new deck and will save me another service call. Before leaving he did a final check on both machines and found that the headlights on one did not work. He knew just what to look for and got them working fine.
  Trent save us probably 3 service calls and a lot of time. I could not be happier with his highly professional service.
  I have a Sears Extended Service that covers both of my Riding Lawnmower Tractors and as long as we have Trent I will continue the contract. With him the Sears Extended Service contract is worth every Dollar and penny.

  My dishwasher door didn't close, and the serviceman who came out the first time diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and set up a date to fix it. The part was delivered in a couple of days, and the technician was here the date set and fixed it. Very satisfied customer.
