I have had the privilege of working with Paul Achee for many years. We are a mid-size aerospace manufacturing company averaging 55-60 employees while partnered with Paul and I am a one person HR department. Not only is he extremely professional and pleasant to work with, but Paul is very patient and willing to educate HR, management, and employees to make certain they fully understand their coverage options. In an ever changing insurance market, this has been essential.
Paul takes the time to understand the needs of both our company and our employees so he can customize a package best suited for our needs. He has been able to help a few of our employees find individual plans for their spouses or children when group coverage is too expensive or to aid in the transition to Medicare for those eligible.
We trust Paul and we are confident in his knowledge of the current industry and his ability to think outside the box to make sure we can still offer a great benefit package to our employees.
