I received a scam call claiming they are from social security and they need me to empty my bank account. I knew it must be a scam so I conferences in this local branch and the amazing employee, Crystal, who answered the line went above and beyond. She got a New Smyrna Sargent on the line who helped and got the scammer to confess it’s a prank call. Luckily, I was aware it was a scam, but someone who’s elderly may not have . This employee is a great asset to Chase. I truly hope she is commended for her quick action to protect her customer!

Best bank in town for customer service and friendliness of staff! Plus their banking hours are longer than any other bank. You will not be disappointed.
