I have been coming here for my therapy due to my auto accident. The staff and Doctors are very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They always walk you through your exercises, or any adjustments you have for that appointment. I also like the great bedside manners. I would definitely recommend Physician's Group to anyone.

Obviously injuries are not a fun experience, but the entire staff has made my situation so much easier to tolerate. The administrative staff is so helpful with the information overload that happens, scheduling, and mishaps along the way. They break it down into small easily digested chunks, so it is easier to understand. The nurse practitioner is extremely informative and THOROUGH; I was so surprised at the time she took to listen and really help me. The therapists are REAL people; ALL OF THEM! They are rrelatable, understanding, and extremely easy to talk to. Their approachability and willingness to tailor treatment to your personal experience makes the process go so much smoother and reduces pain quickly. I have had the experience of working with two of the chiropractors who have answered every question I had, addressed every issue i had, and really gone above and beyond what I could have hoped for. From diagnostic testing to therapy, my experience has been incredibly pleasant and I can't thank the Physician's Group Staff more for their prompt, courteous, and awesome service! It truly helps when you feel like your world has been ripped apart. Thank you doesn't seem like enough.

This office is full of Amazing staff! The vibe in the office is relaxed and everyone enjoys one another & works together as a team, a family type of feel. I actually prefer the Winter Haven office over the Lakeland office. Hands down the best place to come in an unfortunate situation like a car accident. I couldn't ask for better people to care for me.
