  Stopped in to see Dr. Patel to get some long-standing issues looked at and although I really doubted anything was going to change after one visit, I felt a lot better after a couple of days. We discussed what kind of pain I was having, for how long, what I had done about it, etc. Easy to talk to and he explained everything he was going to do and why he was doing it. After some adjustments, he asked if I ever had accupuncture performed! I was honestly a little nervous about the needles but Dr. Patel was very patient, gentle, and the process turned out to be fairly straightforward and discomfort-free. AND it actually worked! My hip felt so much better after a couple days and I will definitely be heading back in the near future. 10/10 would get poked again.

  Dr Patel and Dr Vreeland are the most compassionate, professional doctors i have ever worked with. Such a wealth of knowledge ! Highly reccomend, wish I could give 6/5 stars.

  Can't say enough about my experience at Gold Coast. I began treatments with Dr. Vreeland and Dr. Patel after years of battling digestive issues under the guidance of conventional medical professionals. Prior to working with them, I was heavily medicated by practitioners who never inquired about my diet, sleep, or self-care. Working with both of them has been like working with caring friends. They asked me the questions that mattered - what I was eating, when I was eating, and why. They had a way of explaining the value of an anti-inflammatory diet in a way that I could understand. Not only that - they treated me with acupuncture, massage, and cupping. They helped equipped me with the tools I needed to make that change sustainable for my lifestyle - recipes, tricks, and hacks for everyday life. I finally have some structure in my healthcare routine, and more importantly, my digestive issues have been completely gone and now I'm the healthiest I've ever been.
