Dr. Brock was great. He cares about his patients and definitely keeps parents in the loop in terms we can understand (no medical talk/terms if you know what I mean lol). He explains everything thoroughly and does not mind answering all the questions one may have. My experience with him has been great and he deserves the 5 stars however to get a hold of anyone in his office to set up appointments or anything like that, IT IS A HASSLE. I've had to call his office multiple times a day to get a hold of someone and it's very annoying. I call maybe 10 times for them to answer ONE of those calls. I leave msgs and sometimes I get a response back but I think anyone prefers to speak to someone rather than leave msgs. Don't know what the issue is there but it needs to improve.
Awsome surgeon
Dr Brock handled several feet and hand surgeries for my daughter and he was always professional and truly caring. Did an amazing job, every time. He is great with kids and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
He is a awesome doctor. My son broke his arm and he did a great job on his surgery. He is also really good with little kids i would recommended him to anyone.
