I had a good experience and was very pleased with the customer service. I was assisted by Michelle and was very happy with how patient and kind she was. I would definitely recommend visiting this storage unit!!

Public storage is great and the new manager Cody is always cleaning. The elevators finally look and smell good. The halls are nice too

We just had the best experience with renting a storage unit at the public Storage 725 west capital expressway San Jose ca. The rep Sandra Vargas she was very helpful, nice and patient. Sandra has great customer service and leadership skills. I would definitely recommend going to this location because of her. Thanks Sandra for all your help.

If you had asked me to review the Auto Mall location back in Dec 2018, I would have given this review no stars due to a young woman who was extremely rude and indifferent about acknowledging you as a customer/tenant. God, I hope she's gone... haven't seen her lately, not that I ever did before except for the one time.

I've been with PS for over a decade and I rarely interact with the office, but had to when I went to purchase a bundle of boxes on 4/12/19, Sandra V. helped me with the transaction. Sandra a very professional, friendly, and personable. She advised me that there was a change in the management and I can definitely notice the difference. I'm just hoping and praying that this lasts!

The ground are clean, but sometimes the last building will need some sweeping now and again. I haven't had to hunt down any dollies in my last 3 visits last week which is a BIG plus. The indoor facilities seem very secure and I trust my belongings here.

Shawn is awesome!! I came in to look at storages because I'm moving next month and I need some extra room and she helped me find the perfect size for everything I'm storing and was just so kind. Definitely a great experience so friendly and helpful and helped me understand everything I needed to understand. Thank you Shawn for helping me out!
