After spending half a day of being denied insurance from everyone, Melissa Rivas was able to work a miracle for me. She went above and beyond to help me. Melissa allowed me to not only vent about my situation, but she went out of her way afterwards to make sure I ended my day with insurance. Not only did she do what others “were not able” she was able to find me a rate that blew every other agent’s I’d spoken to out the water. Thank you again for everything Melissa, you truly did help me out.
