Leon - thank you for being patient with us! I know it wasn't easy to work with us because we were new to Miami real estate market and needed a lot of guidance. I was very impressed with Sunny Realty's website and decided to send an email. I was surprised to get a reply within 15 minutes. That was very impressive, considering I sent several emails to other agencies and never got a reply. When I met Leon I was super impressed with the way he was able to answer all of my questions and with the way he was able to respond to all of my inquiries. The entire process was quick and easy because Leon has pointed out the property we wanted right away. Leon also possesses great negotiations skills. Recommend!!!!!
