  I called David’s Bridal in Nashua, NH to see about exchanging my wedding dress for the second time. I felt very nervous about calling thinking they might reject the exchange and I would be stuck with yet another dress that I didn’t love. I was pleasantly surprised when I spoke with Doreen that it was not a big deal to come back again and find the dress of my dreams. And let me say, they were dedicated to doing just that. I had Sarah D (I believe) as my consultant. She asked me all the right questions and pulled all the right dresses that I had my eye on. She made me feel comfortable in the dressing room (I’m a bigger girl and I came alone). She made sure to clip the bigger dresses enough to where I could incision what the dress would look like if it was fitted to my body perfectly. I am an indecisive person (obviously, this is my third time back looking for a wedding dress lol) and Sarah did such a good job at making sure I wasn’t wondering off with my thoughts. I would say “yeah I like this one” and she would respond with “Okay. Like is not the same as love. Do you love the dress?” And that would validate that no, I don’t love the dress. Let’s get out of it and try a new one. She pulled dress after dress, helped me get in them and even pulled my last two dresses that I had returned to really make sure I was making the right choice. Happy ending, I ultimately found my dress. Sarah was the best consultant I could have asked for. Her and Doreen checked me out and they were so kind. If you are thinking about purchasing anything at DB in Nashua, don’t hesitate. If you’re a bride and you feel that your dress isn’t the one, go back and find the one. I don’t know who needs to read this but Sarah and Doreen need a raise ASAP. Brides are hard people to please and they are damn good at their job.

  My mother and I went to David’s bridal in Nashua New Hampshire looking for a dress for me for my brothers wedding. Not only did I find a dress for my brothers wedding but I also may have found MY dream wedding dress for my wedding. I’m super excited! The staff were absolutely awesome and very helpful. I highly recommend David’s bridal in Nashua!!

  My sales woman was wonderful. She was tireless in her pursuit to find the perfect dress, which I found. The price of the dress was very reasonable as well. The only complaint I have is that there are no three way mirrors and there was one hand-held mirror being shared by 5 brides to be. It wouldn't stop me from getting my dress there but you should probably bring your own hand held mirror so you can see what the back of your wedding dress looks like before you buy it.

  Wedding planning is expensive and stressful, and wedding dress shopping can be hard and emotional. Having the help of someone who knows the products, is compassionate and patient can make a hard situation almost easy. At the David's Bridal in Nashua I encountered the full spectrum of customer service. My first trip I met with a young associate who was pleasant but who told me the location didn't have tea length dresses, only shorter ones that that. This wasn't actually true I found a tea length dress at another DB location that I loved, but i had to come back to Nashua to try it on in my size. The first associate I met with didn't see this dress in my account, couldn't find it easily and then just disappeared-never to be seen again. When I told her the other location assured me it was here and that they noted the number in my account, this associate argued with me and when I called the other location and found the product number for her, she just disappeared. Then Beth, MY HERO swooped in and was amazing, she found the dress number in my account and she and another associate Karen found the dress I came all that way to try on, and it was amazing!!
  Karen was kind, patient, helpful- she showed me accessories that looked beautiful with the dress and ordered the dress with enough time for me to get it and make any alterations I may need- which is something a different associate warned me wouldn't be possible.
  
  There was also a sweet girl at the host desk when I walked in who was so pleasant and kind. Another employee cheered for me when I found the dress for me. David's Bridal as a company is fine, the dresses are good value options. But the experience you have depends on the employees you encounter and how prepared you are when you get in there. Thank you Beth, Karen and the sweet girl at the door with the round glasses!!

  Thank you Debra for helping me to choose a right dress!
  She was very friendly, helpful and fun from the beginning to the end. I brought two friends. They also had fun with communicating with her and they were so happy about the experience there.
  I really appreciate Debra's professional and kind assistance.
  I will recommend her and this place! Great deal too!
