Started here after my bunion surgery.... it was perfect! They worked well with me on modification and they encouraged a healthy meal plan. In about 6 weeks I was down 2% body fat and 12 pounds. I felt great and had great motivation. Vic and Morgan are great trainers and they kept the class engaged. I also liked it cause the glasses were small, which allowed the trainers to ensure that the exercises are being done correctly. Great experience and great results ! Thank you body camp la for getting me back into the workout regime!
I have had the most intense, on point, positive workout at Body Camp and I felt good about myself. To get in shape and to feel that good, I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is serious about getting in shape and also be treated so well and be supported by the staff, I'd give it 6 stars if i could !

For the longest time I was such a flake with my gym memberships and diet etc etc. nothing was keeping my attention, until I joined Body Camp LA for their 6 weeks challenge. I’m almost at the end of my first challenge and I can wholeheartedly say that my perspective on health and fitness has totally changed. And that’s all due to this program and studio.
-Every single coach and member is amazing and very supportive.
-Workouts are always being switched up and new exercises are being introduced. So I have never once gotten bored or tired of the workouts.
-It’s only 60 mins and I love that. Because I work full time and I’m a mom of a toddler and a newborn so it fits perfect in my schedule.
-This place changes lives and if you are looking for a sign to join, here you go. This is the sign. Join and 100% you won’t regret it at all.
Love this place. The staff is awesome. They help each person achieve their goals. I recommend everyone to try. You won’t be disappointed.
Clean environment, helpful staff, and training programs include a different variety of work out activities. They work with your capable exercise level, so no pressure. The training groups are small and individually focused. Morgan, one of the trainers there, answers all of your questions and is very helpful and motivational. They offer a great 6 week challenge meal plan which helps to see results while doing the exercises. Highly recommended.
