  Loved the flow of class. Stared on time, great transitions and corrections and modifications. Love the instruction! Took a minute to get used to their machines but it wasn't a big deal ????

  My wife and I had never been to a spin class before , so I signed us up to see how we would like it. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. As for us we definitely bit off more than we could chew, but still had a blast. If your looking for a fun , killer high energy workout , this is your place. Hopfuly in the future we will become regulars.
