  I was one of the gym goers that would start working out for a few months and then end up losing interest and finding an excuse to not go. I'd end up cancelling my membership and repeating the same thing again the following year.
  
  I've been going to Pursuit for 6 months now and I still love going there. There's something new we do every week that I've never done before. I absolutely love the small classes, it's almost like personal training for a fraction of the cost. And most importantly, Frankie and Annette treat you like family. They're tough in the family sense but genuinely care about you and want you to become fit both physically and mentally. That's what makes Pursuit different from other places. There's something special about it and you'll see it once you go!

  Great atmosphere. Great upbeat classes. Time flies while we have fun. Total body workout and Frankie is a great coach and motivator! This is for any level. You can go as hard as you would like to push yourself. I am pregnant and these classes are very refreshing!

  Great workout! So much fun. The hour flies by so fast, but it is really intense. Works all your muscles, including the heart! Thanks Frankie!!

  The classes are fun, upbeat, energetic, and nothing like the sessions you have with your personal trainer at the gym (in a good way). Coach Frankie, as well as the others in the class, are encouraging and works for you, for your speed, and around your ailments. Each session is different, but still works all of your core body parts without the weights. The high intensity of it all makes the time fly by. I am loving it and can't wait to see how I improve.
